Description of the solitaire layout
Solitaire consists of a double deck with Kings and Aces removed. They are immediately placed in eight funds as “houses”. Each foundation corresponds to the rank of the card. The cards are stacked in the upper four funds in ascending order (Ace, two, three… to Kings), and vice versa in the lower ones (King, Queen, Jack, ten). The remaining solitaire cards are laid out in a semicircle in 16 piles, six cards each.
Your task in solitaire is to lay out the crescent, sorting cards between piles, to fill all the funds of the “houses”.
How to play Open Crescent Solitaire
Transfer cards from the workspace to any of the appropriate “houses”. However, keep in mind that Open Crescent Solitaire stacks up or down in suit, for example, a 4 of spades can move to 6 or 5 of spades at the same time. Look for what will be more profitable for the next move.
Playing field cards can be sorted by shifting to adjacent cells. Keep in mind:
- suit match;
- one value difference (King or Jack can be transferred to the Queen);
- it is allowed to transfer cards inside the funds and return to the playing field;
- empty spaces are excluded from the game.
If you get stuck, click the sort button located below the stock tables. In this case, in each pile, the top card will be the lowest card. You only have three shuffles available and an infinite return of turn bonus in the top solitaire game menu. Enjoy your game, practice Open Crescent Solitaire more often and you will become a true card game expert very soon!
