Welcome to Golf Solitaire online – play full screen, free and without registration. Here’s how it works: 35 open cards are placed on the board. Only the open deck is allowed to play. The rest of the deck goes into the reserve, and the top card of the reserve becomes your active card.
Playing Solitaire Golf means clearing the table by playing the cards above or below your active card. If there are no moves, use the reserve to start another chain of sequences in ascending or descending ranks.
How to play Golf Solitaire online
Click the start button with the arrow in the middle and select the difficulty level. Easy Golf Solitaire allows you to move cards if they are above or below the top card without any restrictions. This includes Ace-King and Deuce-Ace swaps, as well as “round robin” when an Ace is played on a King or Deuce. Hard Golf Solitaire excludes the King and Ace from the swap rule; they appear to be a sorting dead end, making the game much more difficult.
Hit a card in an unblocked position if it ranks higher or lower than the value of the reset card. Suit and color do not matter. Repeat the process as long as there are suitable ranks for the move. The most winning strategy is to think out the moves in advance and leave the variation up to the player. Prefer a move that shortens long stacks or allows you to continue the lower order. It’s great if your memory allows you to memorize diminishing cards. Knowing the remainder in advance can guide you to a winning path when faced with a controversial choice.
You win Golf Solitaire when you clear the entire contents of the seven stacks. You lose – when you run out of cards to deal, but there are still cards left on the board. Winning with the reserve is rewarded in the points calculation as follows +100 points for each card not played.
