How to play Double Pyramid Solitaire
The goal of the game is to dismantle an open pyramid of intersecting rows by connecting cards of 13 points – in pairs or singly. Ace (A) – 1, Jack (J) – 11, Queen (Q) – 12, King (K) – 13. The remaining values correspond to the face value: six – 6 points, ten – 10.
If there are no suitable values in the pyramid, click on the stock deck to issue 1 card each. Remember that you can retake the balance no more than 2 times.
A good Double Pyramid strategy should aim to use the stock sparingly and maximize efficiency in spreading cards from the triangle. Therefore, from two equivalent cards, you should choose the one that will open more places in the upper tiers of the pyramid.
There are many variations of Pyramid Solitaire. In some, there are more attempts to retake the stock, as in the Pyramid Easy solitaire, in others, the layout is replaced by towers in the form of double and triple spades. We recommend Double Pyramid Solitaire with open cards for its convenience and ability to train the brain at a relaxing pace. Have a nice game!
