The game has three modes: treatment, design and hobby. The first is animal care in the hospital. In the second, the doctor can spend money on repairing and decorating offices: buying beautiful furniture, flowers, toys. And in the third – to get distracted by a hobby – photographing and collect a whole thematic album with a photo report after the repair or with images of the most beautiful animals.

- In the main mode, you need to meet the patient: click on him to pick him up. Next to the baby there will be a picture depicting his problem, find the office door with the same sign and click to get to the reception.
- Then complete game mini tasks, you will see their description in Russian in the lower left part of the screen. For example, in the examination room, you need to examine the patient: observe his behavior on the treadmill, record and decipher the readings of the laboratory stand. Move the mouse over the ECG graph until the heart indicator turns red. So you can find out the diagnosis and prescribe treatment.

How to play vet repair
In-game money for completing doctor mode can be spent on changes in the design of the animal hospital: painting the walls, replacing the floor, buying new furniture and decorations. Using the mouse, move to the Shop building, mark the items you need and send them to the basket. Anything you choose can be used in the hospital lobby, wards or examination room.
